PONTE VEDRA, Fla. -- Rusty Headley has called the Ocean Grove condominium community home for the past six years, but now he feels it is pulling the welcome mat from under him.

"I feel unwanted here," he said.

Headley is a renter. Recently, he applied for a parking permit and
...more was denied. The reason surprised him.

"I was told I could not have one because I was a renter and rented here illegally," said Headley.

His landlord Bernard Snyder, a retired auto designer, said a few months ago the property management company told him he needed a permit to rent the condo to his tenant.

"It just seems unjust that they would start enforcing this rule," said Snyder. "I'm going to be required to evict him ...after he has been there six years as a perfect tenant."

Snyder said his tenant is not the only one being told he may have to move. "I understand there are 18 others," he added.

During his junior season on the football field, Tebow won a Star Performer Award (now known as the Athlete of the Week award).  In
...more typical Tebow fashion, he wanted to share the award with his teammates, so he told them to "hang the plaque in the weightroom or something."

The video clip attached to this story includes some great video from Tim Tebow's time as an athlete at Nease High School.

It was like old times at Nease on Friday.
But it wasn’t like the last time the Panthers played Ponte Vedra.
Bud Beech was back in Nease’s gym, coaching a tight game with a healthy contingent of noisy students.
This time, Beech was standing in front of the Ponte Vedra bench, and he
...more wasn’t celebrating Nease’s 53-44 win.
The Panthers shut down their former coach by shutting down his son, Beau. It’s the exact opposite of what happened in the teams’ previous meeting. The Sharks won the Dec. 1 game 64-60 when Beech scored 45 points.

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. -- Nobody was in the TPC Clubhouse this morning when the fire alarm sounded, but firefighters found the culprit.

According to St. Johns County Fire Rescue spokesman Jeremy Robshaw, the fire alarm rang at about 2:45 a.m.

Firefighters initially found no
...more sign of fire or smoke, but after a quick search they spotted smoke coming under the door of a banquet storage room, Robshaw said.

In the room was heavy smoke, but no fire, and the sprinkler system had activated.

The fire appears to have started in a laundry bin, firefighters believe, and was extinguished by the sprinkler system.

The firefighters removed the bin from the room and began working to clear the smoke and water from the area.

Robshaw said there is "very limited" structural damage since the fire was contained to a laundry bin and the sprinkler system worked properly, but there is about $15,000 in water damage.

The cause so far is listed
